Fiber MPLS Design Network Engineer
Minimum of 10 years experience designing fiber / terrestrial networks, dealing with MPLS, IPLC and IP networks. Systems engineering, design, technology selection , vendor identification, selection of optical equipment, implementation commissioning and testing. Familiarity with major fiber equipment suppliers, network test equipment and prior test experience is a must. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in DISAC- 310- 130-2 and DISAC – 310 -70- 1 standards.

Position based in US/Europe/Middle East. Consultants and individual contractors are welcome.

Network Engineer
Minimum of 10 years experience in satellite VSAT network in the GSM mobile service provider environment related to planning, bandwidth optimization, operations and roll out. Must be familiar with GSM mobile network, BTS, BSC, and Abis interface pertaining to satellite networks.

Country Manager for Afghanistan

Experience required with on-site program management, customer liaison, vendor management, telecom infrastructure project implementation and management skills. Non-US position, extensive international travel or deployment in the field for the duration of the project. Leadership skills required managing the team, gathering local resources and talent pool. Coordination with US office on daily basis and status reporting, time management, priority assignments, and working under pressure on deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Technical background is preferred. Telecom industry experience is a must.

Field Engineers/ Technicians
Minimum of 5 years of field installation & test experience. Hands-on experience with test equipment used in satcom. Maintenance & repair experience will be given preference. Extensive international travel is required.

Senior iDirect Network Engineer
Minimum of 5-8 years experience is required in VSAT network implementation, and 2 years plus in iDirect NMS.

Systems Engineers
Minimum of 5 years of satellite communication systems engineering and implementation experience. Engineering degree a must. International travel is required.

VoIP Design & Test Engineers
Origination & termination routes experience is required. Experience in VoIP design, routers, switch design & configuration, network installation, configuration, and commissioning. Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in implementing PBX, VoIP switch, routers, etc. Travel to overseas locations. Excellent remuneration based on qualifications & experience.

Project Managers
Minimum of 10 years of telecom project management experience with excellent communication and interpersonnel skill. Satellite communication experience is preferred.

Office Assistant (full time/ part time)
Minimum of 5 years experience assisting in the office administrative management. Excellent phone communication skill is required. Liaison support with United Nations, international agencies, & US Govt. Agencies. Previous experience preferred. Computer skill with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and similar applications is desired.
