International Voice Gateway in Baghdad, Iraq for Bechtel Communications

3.8 meter Tx/Rx Ku band Earth Stations with IP connectivity for international voice gateway station on Telstar -12 satellite. The Gateway is used to provide major voice over IP routing for the international telecom infrastructure for post war Iraq. Project included one 3.8 meter Ku band antenna, redundant RF transceivers, 6 Mbps data link each way with high speed satellite interface modems. The circuits IP connectivity is further extended to international class 4 & 5 switches using fiber optics cables to connect with multiple E-1 interface.
