Connectivity between networks can be achieved in several configuration. Some solutions are designed only for point-to-point connectivity – these tend to be high bandwidth MAN/ WAN connections. Other solutions deliver point to multi-point connectivity where data rates typically up to 11Mbps are delivered to many subscribers. And for very long distance links, repeater configuration is deployed for wireless backhaul.
